Do you want to do this kind of transformative work?

LBB is developing a facilitator-preparation pathway for people who want to guide this work with skill, care, and integrity. This is a new and strategically important area of development.

LBB’s long-term model depends on facilitators equipped to hold emotional depth, difference, boundaries, accountability, and repair with care and integrity.

What preparation may include

• Study of the relevant curriculum and the PDR&S method: Pause, Discern, Reflect, and Share
• Guided practice in attentive listening and facilitation
• Observation, feedback, and appropriate support
• Confidentiality, boundaries, and participant care
• Recognizing the limits of an educational facilitation role
• Responding to harmful conduct and supporting accountability
• Maintaining the identity and integrity of the work across settings

The final format, requirements, schedule, and any costs will be defined before participation is confirmed.

Who should express interest

We welcome interest from people with educational, ministry, community, professional, or facilitation experience, as well as people whose motivation and capacity to learn may make this work a meaningful next step.

Experience in every area listed below is not required. Tell us what inspires you to want to do this kind of spiritually transformative work.

Prospective facilitators should be willing to practice self-awareness, respect differences, protect privacy, avoid ideological domination, and recognize when a situation falls outside their role.
