Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: October 3, 2026.
1. Our commitment
Love Beyond Belief, Inc. (“LBB”) is committed to improving access to its website and digital resources for people with disabilities. Belonging includes being able to explore our work, find information, express interest, and communicate with us without unnecessary barriers.
Our aim is to support people with diverse visual, hearing, mobility, speech, cognitive, and neurological needs, including people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time design task.
2. Accessibility standard and scope
Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines provide criteria for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
This target guides our website design, content, and improvement priorities. It is not a claim that every page, document, or external feature currently meets every criterion. This statement does not certify conformance or guarantee that the website will work without barriers in every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology.
This statement covers LBB’s website and the digital materials we make available through it. Independent websites and services linked from our site have their own accessibility practices. Participation in a particular program may also require separate accessibility arrangements.
3. What we aim to provide
Our design and content goals include:
- Clear page structure, meaningful headings, and descriptive links
- Navigation and controls that can be operated by keyboard, with visible focus indicators
- Readable text, sufficient color contrast, and information that does not rely on color alone
- Layouts that support text resizing and zoom without unnecessary loss of information or function
- Useful alternative text for informative images and appropriate treatment of decorative images
- Captions for meaningful video content and transcripts or other suitable alternatives for audio content
- Clearly labeled form fields, understandable instructions, and helpful error messages
- Content and controls that work with assistive technologies
- Restrained motion and support for reduced-motion preferences
- Downloadable materials that are structured for accessible reading and navigation
These goals inform the work; they should not be read as a statement that every feature has already been tested or verified.
4. Ongoing improvement and limitations
Website changes, new content, downloadable documents, and externally provided features can introduce accessibility barriers. We aim to consider accessibility when designing pages, updating resources, and selecting services, and to review issues as they are identified.
Our improvement priorities include barriers that prevent access to essential information, navigation, forms, or participation pathways. Resolving an issue may require changes to content, software, a document, or an external service. Where a barrier cannot be addressed immediately, we will consider an alternative way to provide the information or support the request.
Documents, media, and embedded tools can have different accessibility needs from ordinary web pages. If a resource or feature is difficult to use, please let us know rather than assuming that the difficulty is intentional or that no alternative is possible.
5. Requesting assistance or another format
If you cannot access information or use a website feature, you may request assistance or an alternative format through the general contact form on our Contact page.
You may ask for help accessing a document, understanding a form, obtaining a suitable text alternative, or finding another way to communicate the information needed for an inquiry. Tell us what would help; you do not need to provide a medical diagnosis or detailed health history.
For a program-related request, identify the program or activity and the access support you are seeking. Website assistance does not, by itself, confirm a program accommodation or place. Relevant arrangements will need to be discussed for the activity concerned.
6. Reporting an accessibility barrier
To help us understand a barrier, please include as much of the following as you are comfortable providing:
- The page address or the name of the document, video, form, or feature
- What you were trying to do and what prevented you from doing it
- The browser, device, or assistive technology involved, if relevant and known
- Any alternative format or assistance that would help
- A way to contact you and your preferred response format
- Any relevant deadline for accessing the information
Technical details are helpful but are not required to report a problem. Please share only information reasonably necessary to explain the barrier. Do not include passwords, identification documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
We will review accessibility requests and seek a practical response appropriate to the issue. Some improvements depend on technical work or an external provider, so a specific resolution date cannot be guaranteed in advance. Where possible, we will discuss an interim way to access the information.
If the response does not address your need, reply to the correspondence or submit a follow-up. Personal information submitted with a request is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Updates to this statement
We may update this statement as the website, resources, accessibility work, and available contact methods change. Accessibility feedback helps us identify barriers and improve access.
This statement does not limit rights or obligations under applicable accessibility or nondiscrimination law.
